IWFS 2013/01/21 Coppi

The IW&FS Toronto Branch had a marvellous wine tasting event at Coppi’s Restaurant.  The presentation was made by David Jarvis a former IWFS Toronto Cellar Master.  David clearly knows his stuff.
The wines were all of superb quality and in most cases were unique bottles that would be impossible to buy today and if you could, would only be available at exclusive European wine auctions.
As a member of IWFS you get to indulge in such rare experiences through the judicious wine purchases by the current and past Cellar Masters together with the correct storage and maintenance in the IWFS cellar.
In the words of one guest “The osso buco alla milanese (braised veal shank was or dying over”.  Need I say more?
