Carisma Restaurant 2011
The IW&FS Toronto Branch and Carisma Restaurant in the heart of Toronto produced a truly Classic Italian meal, which combined with the atmosphere of true Italian hospitality made for and evening of being immersed in one of the great culinary countries of the world.
The dinner, with all Italian wines complemented produce prepared by the Chefs and the Grill Master.
We were greeted with a Processo served by Michael and Margie Pagliaro, who created Il Mulino on Eglinton West, and before that, Barolo… Michael Pagliaro is arguably the longest-running restaurateur in Toronto
Our Host again was Margie who knows how to operate the front of the house with aplomb and classic Italian style. I will be back.
