Thank you for choosing to use the IWFSToronto Web site to register for an event. Just complete the box below and your are done., you can still send in a cheque to Debbie for the event.

Instructions for Automatic Event Sign-Up

1.By submitting this form you are automatically signed up for the IW&FS event on the date you selected, or you may wish to print this off and mail it in with your cheque.

2.As a Member, just fill in Your Name, Email, Subject & Guest’s name in the Message box and click on Send

3.On the day of the event bring your completed cheque payable to the IW&FS Toronto.

4.By using this form you are committing to attend the event and are financially responsible for your commitment.

5.You can use this form for change of address / phone / e-mail that you want us to use, or just mail us a comment.

6.You commit to not drink and drive. Events are selected to be within reasonable distance from the TTC. Taxi service is always available at (416) 751 5555 (Beck Taxi).

7.You understand and accept personal safety responsibilities when attending IW&FS events.
