The Toronto Hunt Club 40th Anniversary Dinner Black Tie Event

 

The IW&FS Toronto Branch and The Toronto Hunt Club

What an amazing event!  If you missed it, I am sorry, as you missed he most spectacular event of the year.  The Toronto Hunt out did themselves as I have never seen before.  The marriage of wine and food was exquisite being graced with Giovanni Folonari himself, who actually flew in a special 40th Anniversary wine for the event.

The dinner was an Italian Canadian fusion all the way from mini Ravioli to venison the likes I have never tasted as tender and succulent.  The Chef did an outstanding job and truly showed the excellence to which the Toronto Hunt is know for.  The full Menu is posted below.  I am am still salivating!

The IW&FS thanks Marcel Bregstein, our Cellar Master and Event Master for allowing our members such a rich experience with commensurate flawless White glove service.  We all thank you!

A Special thanks to Mr. Giovanni Folonari, Wine  Maker, Mr. Bruce McClean, owner of Agency Wine World, Ms. Jeanette Perk, Director of Sales Wine World, for making it happen at the Torontio Hunt.
